KEY FEATURES
GstarConcrete allows drawing reinforcement bars with linear, curved, and polygonal shapes. The bars are linked to the appropriate “Dialog Box” that contains all the details, automatic numbering, and real-time interactive preview.
GstarConcrete bar is a smart, dynamic polyline that can be fully controlled through the “Dialog Box” or adjusted directly on the drawing.The software also enables creating correlations between internal and external lines (drawing and exploded views); in fact, GstarConcrete offers users the ability to adjust the length of shapes by modifying the dimensions of their sides recorded on the lines or by stretching them.The bars are classified by their associated elements. Our software introduces “options” for actual visualization (thickness and bending). Finally, users can locate the position of each bar on the drawing.BAR SECTIONS
GstarConcrete allows the creation and management of bar sections, creating individual or multiple sections aligned with the wall structure, arc, line, or perimeter.It enables the creation of series by specifying diameter, distance, or number.It introduced the option to link each bar on the drawing to its section.It offers numerous layout adjustments, such as visualizing diameters, real 1:1 scale or based on scaled drawings, and many other visual options.VIEW OF BARS
You can view the series of bars in the plants or from the front (e.g., beam trusses). Creating series involves defining diameter, distance, or number, and enables numerous other options and features, primarily linking them to their position in the exploded view, with single or multiple visualizations.
CALLS
GstarCAD Concrete also includes the option to create and manage calls. The calls are linked to their positions and can be drawn according to several different graphic options.
BAR LISTS
Bar lists can be automatically created from the drawing, specifying weight, bending, and then sorted into groups based on common associated elements. Summary tables contain all bars sorted by the same diameter and/or shape.Finally, the user can obtain automatic calculations of total quantities by groups, bar types, or elements, and export all calculations to Excel.IMPORT REINFORCEMENT FROM CALCULATION
The software, as an additional feature, allows importing reinforcement schemes from main calculation programs (directory at www.gstarconcrete.com) via Open_GC protocols.All positions are automatically numbered according to those already on the drawing.SPECIAL FEATURES
The program is designed to recognize all types of geometry; it also allows the decomposition and recomposition of a group of bars into basic subregions, automatic calculation, and automatic calculation and use of the concrete coating. Due to the software’s functionality, each bar is automatically adjusted to the geometry of the wall.MODIFICATION AND MANAGEMENT OF REINFORCEMENT
